• Student/Parent Name, Email Address, and WhatsApp/Phone Number.
• Student age group to ensure assignment to age-appropriate certified tutors.
• Course progress data, quiz results, and attendance records within our LMS.
• Pronunciation recordings, recording-quality measurements, and teacher feedback submitted through the Acoustic Comparison Studio.

2. Protection of Minors & Children

We maintain strict child-safety measures. For minors under 16, communications are coordinated directly with parents or designated guardians. All online sessions are conducted in verified virtual classrooms with monitored teacher conduct.

3. Zero Third-Party Data Selling

We do not sell, rent, or monetize student or parent information to third-party advertisers. Information is strictly utilized for academic communication and platform improvements.

4. Data Security & Encryption

We employ modern encryption standards (TLS/SSL), OWASP security headers, and secure authentication to safeguard accounts against unauthorized access.

5. Pronunciation Recordings

Student pronunciation recordings are used only for learning analysis and authorised teacher review. They are not public, are not used for advertising, and may be deleted by an administrator or upon a verified privacy request. Automated recording-quality indicators are assistive and do not replace a qualified teacher's assessment.
